Decent for the price

This AC performed as expected, cools the room after awhile. Like the remote, like the energy-save function. A little noisy, but beats not having AC.

Excellent A/C that efficiently and quickly cools our top floor bedroom. We sleep like a baby when it's on, pretty quiet!

very quiet air-conditioner

The unit is very quiet and makes a good bedroom
or living room air conditioner especially when trying to sleep or listen to tv. . I liked the style of the way it looked in the window. It comes with a remote but a digital readout would of been nice. It has four way
air flow and I had no trouble with directing it but it seems to blow more air on the right side. would be nice if it had swing feature but for the price I think it is the best air-conditioner on the market.

LG Service is incredibly good.

I have one of these a/c's. It started acting odd so I emailed LG service. Next day, I got a call from a tech. We discussed the problem, arrived at a diagnosis. He then had a replacement part shipped in next day air and arrived that day and installed it.
I didn't think this level of service existed in this day and age. LG- you've got a customer for life.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would highly reccomend this product. It was easy to install and is very quiet. We have a large bedroom and during the recent hot spell in July when the temps reached 98 to 100 degrees for 5 days the unit kept the room very cool on the medium speed. We are very pleased with this unit.

I am very glad to have purchased this item because it runs so very quietly compared to my last window A/C! You can barely tell the difference from when it is just the fan running to the A/C as well.
The air power it puts out is tremendous and has 3 levels which is so nice! It really cools down a room fast!
Thus far it seems to be as efficient as my last A/C if not slightly better and my last was a 6500BTU/hr.
I am very satisfied with the product overall and the price to feature/performance ratio is great! It is truly a product worth the extremely fair price you pay!

REMOTE FUNCTIONS AND CONTROLS ON THE UNIT ITSELF ARE EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND USE. THE AC OPERATION IS ALSO VERY QUITE COMPARE TO OTHER WALL UNITS I HAVE OWNED.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AC UNIT.
