had problems with water build up

power led went out 3rd day spits water out front.doesnt seem to be putting out 8000 btus

I was actually looking for a cheaper model, with less BTUs when I came across this air conditioner. I was shocked at the price for all the features that came with it. I run it in the main part of my house and can't believe I went half the summer without it! It keeps my home so cool!

Life is Good when you come home to a cool house after a hot day at work. I can keep my home cool and more of my hard earned money in my pocket thanks to the Energy Saving mode and the Timer feature. Turn the unit OFF and set the Timer before leaving for work and come home to a comfortable cool house. Combined with the Energy Saver mode and the 3 fan speeds, I keep my energy usage low,my energy bill down, money in my pocket, and never come home to a hot house, not even if a storm causes a power outage because The Power Failure Auto Restart feature will turn the unit back ON after the power is restored.

This product is like having central A/.C.!

The LG LW8012ER A/c unit is like having central A/C!
It's easy to install runs efficiently, cools down big rooms very well. It is louder than other similar size units, but it is energy efficient and has all the settings that any consumer would want in a window A/C.
We are quite pleased with this purchase!

Excellent air conditioner, quiet and did the trick in cooling the room. Price, plus rebate made for an excellent buy. The only things I feel need improvement are the location of the ventilation lever, which makes moving the horizontal lourves even more difficult than they are already!

I purchased this window unit to help my home central air system which struggles in mid summer to cool the living room area. It does a great job of keeping that area comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase.
