Works well but installation is a bit more involved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had several a.c.'s from this company and they seem to work well. We didn't realize that this one is installed a bit differently. You first install a frame for it and then slip the works into the frame. I bit more complicated and harder to remove and store for the winter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 in 2012, I have one in my bedroom and the other in the living room. I use the on in my bedroom every night all night even in the winter unless the temperature outside is below zero. It still works great. The living room one I just replaced with a new LG. I know there good products taht work and last.
