Well, I have a few points to share here:
*The product itself seems to be well-designed and of high quality material.
*The one I received seemed to be previously used but still in shape (which I was okay with considering no major issues).
*The safe can be bolted only from below limiting other options to bolt from the back which might not be convenient to other users. ALSO, once bolted, no more water proof.
*The unlocking mechanism sometimes malfunctions, requiring me to enter the password several times. Also, it seems to be battery-dependent, but I'm not sure so far how frequently I need to change the battery just because of this issue. It would be great if a USB-chargeable built-in battery with emergency direct USB power would be considered in the future design.
*MAJOR CONCERN about this safe is the factory preset password that CAN NOT BE CHANGED. NOT ONLY THAT BUT ALSO that password comes printed on the manual representing a major security concern. If someone was able to track it to second hand owner, you can imagine the outcome.

Solidly built safe at a reasonable price. However, I was not aware of the fact that high humidity inside the safe prohibits the storage of expensive watches, some jewelry, or even handguns. That is a disappointment.

I just bought the safe for a replacement that went bad. The safe was very easy to install and the bolt-down feature is nice. The safe feels very secure. The programming also is very easy.

Quality product, DON'T use Rechargeable Batteries!

Great quality! Seems solid and we built. There's even a little LED light inside the safe that turns on when opened. Only issue I had was trying to get the safe open for first use. I had the right combination and was performing the instructed steps correctly. HOWEVER, what I didn't know was that you are not supposed to use Rechargeable Batteries (even fully charged ones). I don't think that was mentioned in the manual, though I could've missed it. After calling support that had a bout a 15 minute wait, the person was extremely nice and helpful. After learning that I was using Rechargeable Batteries, she told me that they don't give enough power to engage the servo that unlocks the door. After getting the non-rechargeable batteries installed, the unit opened right up!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is the right size for my wife's stuff. She also found it very easy for her to lock & unlock. Plus, do to the size I was able ti put it on top of another safe, which made it easy to use.
