The bolts often come out when the safe is open which makes it annoying to close after. I like the safe outside of that. glitch.

I would have given this safe a 5 star rating except for the fact it took about an hour to get it unlocked. To make things worse, it starting working with us doing the same time that we had been doing all a long.

No accessories in the safe. Sturdy but no accessories. I guess that's additional expenses

*The product itself seems to be well-designed and of high quality material. *The one I received seemed to be previously used but still in shape (which I was okay with considering no major issues). *The safe can be bolted only from below limiting other options to bolt from the back which might not be convenient to other users. ALSO, once bolted, no more water proof. *The unlocking mechanism sometimes malfunctions, requiring me to enter the password several times. Also, it seems to be battery-dependent, but I'm not sure so far how frequently I need to change the battery just because of this issue. It would be great if a USB-chargeable built-in battery with emergency direct USB power would be considered in the future design. *MAJOR CONCERN about this safe is the factory preset password that CAN NOT BE CHANGED. NOT ONLY THAT BUT ALSO that password comes printed on the manual representing a major security concern. If someone was able to track it to second hand owner, you can imagine the outcome.
