The safe arrived with no user guide and code to open. Through a long conversation with the support line I was finally given the numerical key to open the safe

Perfect for storing important documents and treasured items of value. Only complaints i have is that i noticed that some of my items have a light coating of mold/mildew on them. Cellphone cases and a wallet of my late husbands in particular. Not sure as to why though. Second is that its super heavy, so cant lift to move by myself.

Pretty much the worst quality safe I’ve ever bought. Enter code and more then half the time the handle doesn’t open the safe. I’m nervous to put contents in it and I had it in the box for a while. Probably will just use it as a decoy. Don’t feel like locking valuables in something I probably can’t open eventually

I like the safe more or less. Setup was easy and I have had no problems in the few weeks we have had it. My concern is the handle. It seems like it could be snapped off. That would allow someone to get into the safe but it would be a definite problem.
