One star because it has the potential to be a great safe, but we cannot open it! The provided master code does not work, and we have no key to ensure it is in unlock mode. We are stuck. Just purchased two days ago. Will be calling for help tomorrow!

The safe was delivered in good condition without any scratches or dents. I was able to open the safe without issue, although I would say that the written instructions could have been clearer about the process specific to our model safe. It is plenty roomy inside and the LED light is helpful. I like that our model came with the locking drawer. Overall, so far, so good! Hopefully the fire and flood ratings on this safe will never be tested, but it's comforting to have them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
