Our new SentrySafe was delivered in perfect condition, no dents or dings, it was simple and quick to install the batteries and get set up. It is light enough that we were able to lift it into the space in the wall, the dimensions from the online description matched perfectly with the support shelf we built in our closet. The lock opens and closes easily. The latching handle is a little lightweight, it's plastic and doesn't seem as study as the rest of the safe, but overall, it will definitely meet our needs.

One star because it has the potential to be a great safe, but we cannot open it! The provided master code does not work, and we have no key to ensure it is in unlock mode. We are stuck. Just purchased two days ago. Will be calling for help tomorrow!

You charged for a code and I received the safe with the owners manual locked inside the safe ?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
