Customer service is TOP NOTCH. My husband accidentally locked our safe with the manual in it and assumed that since we had the keys it was no problem. He didn't realize that our new safe requires BOTH a key and code to open. After clearing the security questions I got the code so we could open it. Thank God I had registered it!!

Had it only for a short time but was easy to set up and will hold the stuff I need for it to hold. Seems to work smoothly and the keypad it nice. Don't really use the key for it but that might be a feature other will like.

I absolutely hate this safe. Rarely opens from the combination. It's like there's something inside wrong with it. Clicks when I enter the code but doesn't unlock. Absolutely useless item.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
