This safe is as advertised and works as designed. I have recommended this safe to my friends and family. The only issue is I experienced was getting the door open for the first time. Use new batteries and you may need to pull up on the handle before pulling down to open it. I worked with customer service on this. The gentleman I worked with was patient and kind. We had it open quickly.
