This is the first safe I have purchased and I really like it. There is always a backup combo to be able to get into the safe if you forget your unique combinations. Great size. I love the touch pad and that there are 2 different personalized combos I can program into it. It came with a "box shelf" that you can slide in and lock. But I purchased just a flat shelf that I was able to slide in and create different levels to store things on. Overall it seems very solid and I love the fire and water safe features.

Not a bad safe for the money but a few quirks that bothered me , one handle to safe kind of cheap feels like it is going to break at times, two after mounting the door was binding a bit, and three wish it had more drilling points for securing the safe.
