The safe arrived without the manual (no code to open safe) and no keys. My husband and I have submitted two on line inquiries for assistance and no one has replied. We're at work (not at home with the safe) during available phone support hours. I'm frustrated and annoyed with this purchase!

Got this as a Christmas gift 2022 so don’t have a great deal of time invested to comment on longevity. Heavy duty, waterproof, fireproof, and roomy. Like also the slide in drawer for smaller more often needed items. Still plenty of room for documents, jewelry, or other items you need to protect.
