Safe opens and closes easily and adding a second code number went smoothly. However, the key for the internal drawer is stuck -- it can't be removed. Will have to request a new drawer and key.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is exactly what i was looking for. There is enough room to store our valuables and now we don't have to go across town to the bank to get our important documents and other valuables. Great investment!

The safe was well packaged for shipping. Got the safe unboxed and put in place. I read the instructions and tried to open the door and tried and tried again. Then I heard a click after putting in the code and the door unlocked. I had to this several times before it worked consistently.
