I received this safe as a replacement from Sentry for my Sentry A3867 which rusted out from the inside. It is good to see that Sentry stands behind their products. This new safe has some improvements: Lighted keypad, interior light, improved battery holder, and a key lock that cannot be locked without the key (The old safe key lock only required a push to lock so you could easily lock the key inside). Hopefully, they have solved the rust issues that the earlier safes had.

I like this safe, it is heavy and secure my two biggest complaints is the handle just feels pretty flimsy and the safe came with a dent on the top of it. Not a fan of that. All in all a good safe for the price.

The safe arrived safe and sound and without incident . It works great and was easily set up . The directions are fairly clear and easy to understand. Overall, it's a great safe and should easily serve my needs.

I returned the safe it was total junk and door wouldn’t open. Worked with support for over a week trying all kinds of hairbrained suggestions to no avail. Just go with a different brand in my opinion
