I own 2 Sentry safes and am very happy with the quality of both. This one does not close as smoothly as my other one and I can feel some resistance, but that could be because it is airtight. Great customer service, too.

I received this safe as a replacement from Sentry for my Sentry A3867 which rusted out from the inside. It is good to see that Sentry stands behind their products. This new safe has some improvements: Lighted keypad, interior light, improved battery holder, and a key lock that cannot be locked without the key (The old safe key lock only required a push to lock so you could easily lock the key inside). Hopefully, they have solved the rust issues that the earlier safes had.

I like this safe, it is heavy and secure my two biggest complaints is the handle just feels pretty flimsy and the safe came with a dent on the top of it. Not a fan of that. All in all a good safe for the price.
