Doesn’t unlock even with correct code!

Tried typing in the correct locking/unlocking code several times. You can hear the whirring inside, but alas! Still locked!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First of all it's too early to ask for a review. I just purchased the production don't even know how actually it is. Instruction is little difficult to follow.

It came in good shape wasn't damaged was easy to set a new combo. Bought it more because it is fire resistance for 1 hour with direct flame. I have had no problems with the locking system. So far I am happy with it gave it a 4 because I just got it. I will review again in 6 mos and tell you how it is if it is still working well Ill give it the 5 th star.
