I feel like it will do its job in a fire. The locking shelf was a nice touch. Was confused about the secondary lock. I thought it was another way to open the door, not a actual second lock. Also was supprised that it won't support firm arms. The replacement warranty, price and higher standards was the clincher for me when comparing other brands.
