After owning it for only a month and having experienced no floods and no fires, all I can actually tell you is that it locks, it unlocks, the light works, and it is heavy. Check back in a year and I might have more information; hope it won't be about floods nor fires.

I like the sturdiness and operability of the safe. It is slightly not wide enough to easily fit legal paper sized documents. I found that to be the only downside. Overall good quality.

Was a gift for Christmas. Took it out of the box. Followed instructions. Won't work. Called customer service replaced batteries still won't won't work JUNK
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
