Everything feels good so far with exception of the opening handle. Every time I turn it, the plastic flexes and it feels like it might break over time. If this was made of metal, I think this safe would get the full 5 stars.

Nice safe, super heavy, not sure about the purpose of the key. It was easy to add a personal code. Wondering if I should just use the factory code. Hoping that is not the same code for every safe. It's hard to give a full review until my house burns down and hoping that never happens so this will have to work.

I had problems from the beginning!!! I called the phone number provided by the sticker on the front of the safe (25) times X25 times!!!! Kept ringing once then busy signal every time 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 So I returned it to Costco!!!!

Got my safe in on Thursday. Upon opening it, it was already locked. I used the factory code and a new user code to try to open it. Nothing. Tried all of the troubleshooting advice: pushed handle up, pulled handle down, pulled handle out, tried talking nice to it, pretended to not care, did the hokey pokey....nothing worked. Do I need the key? Maybe! Where is it though? There was no key in the box. Is the key inside? Did they lock the key inside the safe that I need to get it open in the first place? The world may never know. Now it’s a mildly expensive toe stubbing device in the middle of my living room and is too heavy for me to return. Two stars for the impressive locking skills though!

I received this a few days ago but there was no manual in the package. I’m assuming the manual and keys are locked inside. I’m waiting for some one from sentry to contact me with the factory code so I can open the safe and see if the manual and keys are inside. Sentry is closed on the weekends and I received the safe after work on Friday. I will comment on my review once I get things figured out. I also tried to send an email to sentry and it bounced back so not sure what’s going on there. If my review was based off the safes look it would be 5 stars but without being able to open it, I can’t really give 5 starts at this time.
