Our safe arrived with a large sticker on the front stating "Don't return before calling us for help!" so it seems like you all know that the literature that you include isn't working. How about a "Quick Start" piece specific to the safe you've sent instead of a "User Manual" that vaguely covers several different models? Honestly, this makes me wonder about the overall support and quality of your product.

Extremely happy. Very sturdy, strong, secure. Easy to program. The LED light inside is a great feature too, and the ability to turn off the light and to turn off the audible 'beeps' when you press the keypad. The interior tray included is great for smaller things like passports, extra checkbook, cash, small jewelry, etc. I wish I had bought this years ago!

Very happy with my new safe! Has lots of room and very easy to use. I will be mounting the safe soon. I’m finding it hard to justify running a drill through the safe for mounting purposes. So it will be put in a safe place for (no pun intended) now. My wife and I are both happy we made the investment.
