Well built, easy to use. Easy to program your own codes. I don't see the extra key being used a whole lot unless we go on vacation. Seems pointless unless you want someone who knows your code to stay out (which should only someone you gave your code to). I like that the batteries are accessible from the outside. Overall a very good safe
