The safe is strong and easy to open and close. It was easy to add my own custom combination. I like that the battery pack is on the outside vs being on the inside. That way of the batteries die you just slide the pack out and replace them. The safe is not waterproof if you mount it down but I hadn’t planned to do that anyway. Fire and water protection were my goals. I like the drawer but do not like that the drawer locking mechanism requires that the drawer be slid into the safe and then locked. I would prefer a free slide drawer regardless of lock status.
