Large solid safe with some serious unlocking issue

The safe is a great size and solid feel. It has plenty of room for all my paperwork and and other items I need to keep secure from theft and fire/water. The keypad is large and easy to press and the handle is large as well. The LED light on the inside is a welcome addition. Now on the other hand, the handle feels like it is going to snap off (I don't think it will), and the unlock mechanism seems to fail almost half the time even though it indicates a correct code has been entered. I have a ticket open with them to see about resolving this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
