I am pleased with the safe, but I think prospective buyers need to be informed that the choice of batteries will determine if the safe will function. I specifically bought Duracell Optima, and discovered those batteries do not work with my safe. I was very pleased with the support I received from the company and can not praise Scott enough for his help, calmness and encouragement.

The safe ticks all of the boxes, secure, good size, fire proof, water proof. The only suggestion that I would make is that in the set up video the first thing you talk about is using the keys to open the safe. Unfortunately, the keys are locked inside the safe. The first thing you should talk about is putting the batteries in so that you can use the factory code to open the safe!
