Hello. Sorry about the longer wait times. Regarding the keys, please understand the keys alone will not open this safe. The safe is opened with the combination. The keys are designed to lock out other users that may know the combination, but you temporarily do not want them to be able to open the safe. They are override keys. Thanks.
