I not happy with the safe. I have to return it and try to get a new one. I have a brand new safe and the initial code they gave me to unlock safe does not work. Keep receive error. Now I have to go out my way to replace the safe. Very inconvenient and I am not sure if the new replacement safe will work.

SentrySafe is great but was delivered with dents

I just received my SentrySafe, I really enjoy the functions of it and the safe itself, however it came with multiple dents on it and even one spot with paint peeling, and the shipping box was not damaged. otherwise great safe

I have had this say for two days, so sending a survey this early will only get feedback for a couple of features: the price was good, it arrived a few days early, the instructions are clear, it was in good condition, and I can open it and change the code to suit my needs. It fits everything that I have and I understand how to bolt it to the floor. The real review of a safe is probably most powerful after some disaster like a fire or flood, but I feel confident that my firearm and my papers and jewelry are all secured and out of harm's way.

Seems to be a strong safe with lots of room. I like the inner cash box with a key. My issue is it seems the key for the outside of the safe that locks and unlocks the ability to open the safe with the keypad is very flimsy at best and the key falls out all the time since the key hole seems to be spring loaded. It was easy to set up. I went online to view a tutorial on YouTube. It's a shame they don't offer a tutorial video on the Sentry website when you register the safe. A QR code would be even better on the instructions.

The safe is big enough to store all relevant paper documents whilst having the right size to store a lot of jewelry and watches.
The compact overall size allows to store the safe discreetly in a closet or shelf. In the same time it is Heavy enough (Around 40kg filled) to not be easy to move away for one person. the code system is easy to use and program. I feel to have a very “Safe” safe.
As points for improvement: The plastic used inside the safe and for the handle on the door is not really premium (and with that does not fit to the market leader in quality and toughness) and when you want to fix the safe on the floor, you lose the water resistance; this last point is a pity as you have to take the decision which risk you want to not cover (steal the safe by taking it out or have a water damage in case of firefighting).
But these detail points do not harm my overall very positive evaluation of the Sentry Safe.
