I ordered all new Electrolux appliances even I remodeled my kitchen. I never knew Electrolux was a leading manufacturer of appliances. I have recommended to my contractor and friends. I am so pleased with their performance. Thank you for your quality of product.

Well Designed But Flawed

The layout of the refrigerator is excellent as the space is utilized extremely well. However, the quality is lacking as we have had endless issues with the drawers in both the refrigerator and the freezer. The gliders on the drawers sieze on a regular basis rendering them inoperable. At other times, the soft closing feature disengages and the drawers bounce open when being shut. The racks on freezer drawers dislodge on a regular basis as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fashion and Function

I went from a Side by side to a this model almost three weeks ago . This is my forst experience with Electrolux appliances and I must say I will be looking into adding the Electrolux Dishwasher and built in range. The perfect temp drawer is a great addition to the appliance. I also enjoy knowing that if i have a dinner party that with the dual Icemakers I will always have ice available. I can not get over the look of my kitchen with this appliance installedi find myself walking into the kitchen just to look at it and my friends and family are impressed with this refrigerator.

Great design, poor quality

Refrigerator door has a flap that kicks out every time we open it. We've had two new models and they both do the same thing. In addition, the freezer is terrible. It pulls out in awkward manner and is often crooked. The exterior and interior appearance is great, but they do not outweigh issues with the refrigerator door and freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not overly impressed

My husband & I bought this refrigerator because it was recommended by a salesperson. We liked the stainless steel look and I've always wanted an ice & water dispenser. It fits in our space, and looks great. However, there are a few things that bother me. FIrst, as mentioned by someone else, the water in the dispenser does not come out cold. I was told this was not a defect by the manufacturer, but I know other people with different brands do not have this issue. Second, the way the shelves are curved presents a problem for me. I understand this is designed to contain spills, but as a result, I cannot fit that many things into the unit as they topple over because of the shape. Third, the shelf in the door keeps coming apart on one side (which they are sending a replacement for). Also, there is a plastic piece on the bottom of the door that literally was hanging off and broke. This refrigerator is only 6 months old! I was told this is something cosmetic, and they could replace the door but I would have to pay for a service person to come out and install it. It doesn't hamper the function of the unit, but this should NOT happen. The freezer is also annoying, as the top shelf part constantly comes off the drawer when I pull it out. Overall, it is not bad, and has lots of great features, but I'm glad I have a second refrigerator in my basement because you really can't fit that much in this one (which I think is the case for most counter-depth units). Add the dispenser in the door, and that takes up more usable space. I've had units that lasted longer without issue. I'm hoping I will learn to love it more.

Don't waste your Money

I spent so much on this refridgerator and it is the most cheaply made appliance I have ever owned! I've had it for one year and had to call service twice! I never would of purchased this refridgerator if it wasn't that the dealer recommended it.. Well I wouldn't trust him again. My girlfriend had the same problem with her electrulux refridgerator ..don't buy! The kitchen aid refridgerator I use to have in the kitchen is still working beautifully and it's 11 years old!!!

New fridge

Need a cover for the butter compartment
Don't like the curved shelves, items placed near the edges sit crooked on the shelf does not make for an organized looked fridge
Ice cream tooo soft on the ice cream drawer so the drawer is useless for thst
