I love the refrigerator. I like that you can pull out the trays and use them as a serving tray. It has a spot for everything and more. I would recommend it to anyone.

Unit is very noisy

This unit is extremely noisy. it squeals and squeaks all day long. I hear grinding sounds all the time. I had a service company out to look at it twice. I was told that the noises were common. I was told that with the new energy Star ratings the components and gases used produce these sounds. I work directly with commercial refrigeration systems that are Energy Star and none of them make this much noise! I'm pretty disappointed about this resolution. Base on the info I was given by the techs I would not recommend this product to anyone!

Nice frig. Sensitive finish.

Very pleased with all the features of this frig. I had a built in frig before and discovered this offers pretty much the same usable space as my old larger frig without the built in price. The water and ice dispenser work well. My only complaint is the finish. My kids made lemonade and left a small drip overnight on the freezer door. Next morning when we discovered this we found that the lemonade made a permanent stain on the door that even a tech sent by Electrolux could not remove. Fortunately we purchased this from an independent dealer known for excellent service do they arranged to have the door replaced. Need to know be careful for citrus drips on the doors!

this replaced one we bought in 09 with the 28 degree ice maker. yuk! we have had this one for 20 days and one service call to repair the water and ice dispenser. not happy!!!!!!

The fan almost never stops!

I've had this refrigerator installed for about a month now, and it is driving me CRAZY because the fan NEVER STOPS. It is, I am told, a function of newer energy efficient models. Instead of the refrigerator going off and on, a fan runs nearly continuously to keep it at a constant temperature. And THIS background noise being on all the time drives me bats. It is such a relief when it goes off. But in the period that I've had it installed, I've only heard it off for maybe 10 or so times, and then only for a mercilessly brief period. I would avoid this refrigerator at all costs. Not only did I waste money on the box, but I wasted money on the extended service agreement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like two ice makers

This refrigerator replaced another we had that was recalled due to issues with freezer. Within 2 months of having the new bar that holds up vegetable trays broke. Have waited over a month to get this fixed. Overall inside seems not as durable

Our fingers are crossed!

This is a really nice unit. This is the first one we have owned that addresses the single, woefully small upper icemaker. This one has another, second icemaker in the lower freezer with a healthy amount of cube storage. It is very attractive. The soft-touch control system is really cool. The separately controlled drink drawer is heaven for your cold beverages. I like everything about the upper and lower storage and the door storage. No issues and attractive too. The water/ice dispenser works flawlessly.

Some issues early on

This fridge came pre-installed with a new home purchase. It was new at the time. There was an issue with moisture accumulating in the freezer and causing extreme ice formation within the freezer box a few months after purchase. I had to de-ice the entire freezer and when I turned it back on, there was a rattling noise that was extremely annoying and required a repair man to come out and fix the fan or some part of the compressor which had become loose. Now that it's fixed it runs well. Otherwise it's a nice fridge and freezer.
