Disappointed

The drawers feel like cheap plastic, the soft-serve freezer drawer doesn't stay on its track and I found 2 plastic brackets laying in the bottom of the freezer. Not sure what those belong to. Paid a lot of money for this 'top of the line' refrigerator. Could have gotten the same quality for a lot less.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey calex, I regret that you are disappointed in the refrigerator. Quality tests are continually conducted to provide our consumers with the best appliances possible in the industry. Electrolux uses some of the finest quality materials available and sophisticated assembly processes to assure manufacturing accuracy. With you finding 2 brackets in the bottom of the freezer, and the soft serve bin not staying on its track, I would question the installation. I would advise to contact the installer and have them come back out and double check the bin and where the brackets are supposed to go. This fridge is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the soft serve ice cream drawer since no need to let the ice cream soften. However one crisper is too humid so am still working on getting that adjusted. Also my husband has put a thermometer in both the fridge and freezer and is getting different temperatures in the top and bottom of the fridge part. The control says it is 35 degrees inside but he is getting temperatures in the 40's. We need to figure this out too.

I have saved so much money because what I store keeps for a long time. The humidity controlled drawers for my veggies are also a money saver. The look is also easthetically pleasing.

OK fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I write this review having never had a refrigerator that didn't give us problems. Maybe we are just destined to own lemons? Either way, this is a decent fridge but it hasn't come without it's issues. We bought this refrigerator about 3 months ago. Actually, we bought the same model but within a week the compressor started to go so Speciality Appliance (they are amazing), replaced it with another one. This one still works however we are having a hard time with temperature control. The food at the back freezes and the food at the front is warmer. I set the temp to 40 and food/liquids up against the back wall are still freezing. I am sure part of this is due to air flow, but I wouldn't say we pack it unusually full. Having two ice makers is a really nice feature, however the one in the door is already making a funny sound when you try and switch between the water and ice and I have a hunch we are going to be calling on the warrantee department soon. Also, although the water is filtered through the fridge, I don't feel like it is very cold (it is the same temp as what comes out of the tap at the sink), which isn't a deal breaker for me, but kind of annoying on a hot summer day. Otherwise, we had the "soft serve" drawer removed because it took up a lot of space and was essentially useless bc even the pint sized ice cream wouldn't fit in the drawer. It looks nice and is fairly spacious for a counter depth fridge. We have 6 people in our family so space was a huge part of our decision making.

I've brought my barely more then 2 years and I'm having all kinds of problems... I've maker! Freezer not working temp going up and down!!!

Beautiful appearance that exudes quality. Suffers from disfunction of accessibility of the French Door design and lower freezer. Primary issue is poor performance of ice maker.
