New Improved Version Working Nicely So Far

This refrigerator replaced a 6-year old version of the same model that developed serious problems with the ice making system and the ability to maintain the correct temperature. The temperature would vary wildly in both compartments, sometimes by as much as 14 degrees from the displayed setting, resulting in food spoiling quickly. After numerous repair visits, the unit was replaced by the company. We are hoping for better luck with this refrigerator. The in-door icemaker works great! And it has a 2nd larger one in the freezer compartment that takes up space that could have been used for food. So far, that's not a concern. At some point, it might be. It would be nice if this French door model had auto-closers on the doors. Sometimes they don't completely close without a little extra push. Overall, this, model seems better designed than the older one.

Love the specialty drawers

Only have had it a few weeks, but so far so good. Love the soft freeze drawer for our ice cream and the beverage drawer for our beer.

Still issues

This is a replacement of an earlier model that had issues with an ice machine that could not be fixed. It runs very loud at times - looking at the manual and other reviews it sounds like this may be normal but the rickety sound sure doesn't appear to give an indication of normal operation. Will call customer service tomorrow to see what they say.

Nightmare Fridge

I bought this refrigerator less than 5 years ago and had problems with the I emailed from the beginning. After multiple repairs and replacements if the ice machine the fridge was replaced under warranty. The new fridge was delivered with dents in the door and was not able to be leveled. I have all Electrolux appliance and would never recommend them or purchase them again!

great features - completely unreliable

This is my second - the first was replaced by Electrolux after being declared unrepairable after about 7 attempts. The replacement gave problems after about a week and needs a new compressor. It also makes strange fan noises and the drawers don't work right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

love this fridge-best ice machines ever

Chiller drawer-awesome. Never have to worry about running out of ice with two ice machines. Lightning is easy on the eyes. Shelves are easier to remove for cleaning and moving. Overall I love this fridge.

Beautiful refrigerator! Keeps everything at a set temperature without difficulty. Perfect Temp drawer is accurate also. Love the soft closing drawers.

Looks great, but performance not so great

We bought the refrigerator 6 wks ago and freezer fan had to be replaced immediately. Went on vacation, put it on vacation mode, came back, reset it, and temp was in the 40s, spoiling food. Since then, runs close to 40 although set at 34 degrees
