freezer drawer noise

Opening and closing the freezer drawer is a disappointment . Noisy in each direction . Everything else should call for a five star review. Love the LED

I want to love it.

I want to love this refrigerator, but I can't. In the year we've had it, the ice maker stopped dispensing ice. It's often louder than I think it should be, the shelves can't be adjusted to heights that work better for me, and the freezer drawer top shelf mechanism sometimes gets caught, and the freezer doesn't shut as well as it should. That shouldn't be a problem because there is a temp alarm, but it hasn't worked in those situations. The water dispenser is pretty good, but I which it was designed in such a way that refillable bottles angled into it a little better.
The plus side is that is pretty, the fact that there are two ice makers is genius, it holds a good amount, and it has a soft serve ice cream drawer preventing ice cream from becoming a brick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

By far the sexiest looking french door refrigerator on the market. Love the luxury close drawer as well as the soft serve bin. No more hardened ice-cream.
The ice maker can be a bit noisy, especially after you've used up most of the ice. The water running into the ice maker and the ice dropping into the bin can be irritating if you have a quite house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ice machine did not work when we received fridge. We have since gotten the ice machine fixed but it is a pretty poor ice machine. Thankfully there is a second ice machine in the freezer portion. Great Design and very spacious.

We like the design and features of our new refrigerator. The only concern that I have is that it seems to run constantly. Whether it's the compressor or the freezer fans, it is always running.

Even Better Than Its Predecessor

This model replaced an earlier 2010 version of this same model, which we really liked. This new 2014 model is even better, and it has design improvements that we really like. The ice maker in the refrigerator compartment is much better than the earlier model. The controls are convenient and easy to set and use. The filter locations are better than before. The special ice cream drawer is such a good idea. This is a top-quality appliance that looks great in our kitchen, and we're sure it will serve our family well for many years to come.
