I am debating on returning this after a week of numerous attempts to get the notifications to work. I've done everything to get them to work that I can think of (reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, cleared the data, unpaired, reconnected, etc.) to get notifications working but nothing seems to work. I should have yielded to the advice of numerous other reviews of fossil branded smartwatches. Other than the notifications, the find your phone feature is great (rings your phone with a push of a button). The watch looks great and in that regard, I've given it another star.
I bought this as I really like smart watches and wanted to try out a hybrid smartwatch. I wasn't sold on the idea right away when I bought it since I had never seen it in person but when it arrived I found it to be extremely well made and also extremely light. If it was a bit thinner I would forget I was even wearing a watch. I am also very happy with the color of the band, and its very soft and supple leather. Overall the only complaint I have is that there isn't more options with the titanium case! Lovely Watch
I bought this watch because it's the first decent looking connected one I've seen. It does indeed look awesome. I love how there's a separate dial that shows my progress in rough percentage toward meeting my step goal. It's become incredibly clear, though, that the sleep meter is bogus. I spent a recent night tossing and turning, yet the watch somehow believed I got around eight hours of deep sleep. It also doesn't properly register "wake" time during my sleep. That same night, I got up and went downstairs for about an hour. It registered nothing. Forget using the step counter during actual exercise. 0.3 miles during a 1.5 hour squash session? Yeah, not likely.
Got this 2 weeks back. Never used because belt was having scratches talk to customer care, they said they are sending new belt, but till now updates. For watch I am giving 3 rating for customer care 0 rating
The watch is nice, works great to count steps and track sleep in a stylish manner, but the software needes some bugfixes soon: 1) goal tracking rarely works 2) when connected with google fit, it may double count steps, when they are tracked by the phone in google fit... 3) only a single alarm works on the watch, but many can be set in the app. I want to have multiple alarms on the watch, there are still other ways to have alarms on the phone... Never used the notifications at all.
I am wearing it for almost a month and it feels really fit to the hand and has great features that helps me track me steps and different time zone back home, as well as how much water i drink in a day to stay hydraed.
