Item failed miserably to keep the right time and would not sync properly no matter how many times one tried. The app that goes with item is not user friendly. Sadly, the watch's best feature it's its design and looks. But there is nothing smart about it.

I use the watch for everyday wear. The tracking of steps taken is very useful although it would be better with a HR meter. The linking to my mobile phone works really well and the statistics provided are easy to understand and very useful. The sleep monitor program could be a little more detailed.
