Came in our new home and has been in used since Nov2017. Overall, it does what is expected - turn the dial, the igniter comes on, the flame follows. The only noticible "con" is that the writing on the u it is quickly disappearing due to cleaning. How it compares to other gas cooktops is an unknown.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am a GE product buyer because quality... although this is a discontinued product...it did not take away the look, style and the knowing it will last...I stand by GE

This is my first Ge oven . It was easy to install. The oven as been working excellent no problems.
