First class product of BOSE!!

I am a great fan of BOSE and I was using sound touch 120 prior to this. I started using this sound bar with huge excitement and then had some disappoint like sound not coming through sound bar, HDMI CEC not working as designed with my tv etc.. I looked in to blog and found lot of feedback on the same. But later I figured out the root cause..
I HAD TO MAKE UPDATE TO TV SOFTWARE (Samsung) and connect only HDMI CEC between Tv and sound bar.. connect all other devices to Tv hdmi port. Quick setup the universal remote. What next ?? This SOUND BAR is amazing!!!
Pros: I was using sound touch 120 and this sound bar is even more good with sound clarity. Exceptionally good sound quality Easy to install NO wires around the room! Sound touch app and the universal remote is amazing .. just one click in the remote, music is ON. Good fit for any dimension room using adaptiq We can add extra wireless speaker and make seamless surround sound effects.. If you are looking for rich true sound quality, this is the sound bar for you!!
Cons: Though the sound quality is exceptionally good, it is lacking a punch.. yes it is the acoustic mass effect! And again it may not apply for the listener who does not like or give less importance to Bass.. for the bass lovers, add the Acoustimass 300 wireless bass module.. you will just love it ..
Overall this sound bar with this add-ons is one of their best!

Impressive Realistic Surround Sound

I bought the Soundtouch 300 soundbar with the acoustimass 300 bass module & virtually invisible 300 rear surround speakers to replace my 25 year old Bose acoustimass surround speaker system. This system was poorly demonstrated in the retail store alongside a top competitor's system. I chose this system based on my previous experience with Bose since the 80's. Coupled with my 4k SUHDTV, the system doesn't disappoint me with sound performance and clarity. The soundtrack isn't overriding the voice anymore. I'm experiencing true realistic surround sound that follows 3D blueprint architecture.
Whereas some users experienced difficulty pairing the remote control with cable, dvr, tv, etc., I found the remote to be a great replacement.
The negative side of this system is minor and major. Minor - frequently, the Connectivity Indicator of the soundbar will turn solid amber and make one think that the bass module and/or surround speakers have lost wireless connectivity. Simple to reset. Major - the HDMI ARC will drop the signal and requires resetting the dvr and/or tv by unplugging the unit(s) from the electrical outlet or power supply. I returned the 1st soundbar after the 3rd loss of signal prior to the Superbowl, but found the replacement loses the signal as well. The loss of signal occurs at least once a week. Inconvenient if recording a show or movie while watching tv or recording. I would like to think a software upgrade or patch in the near future will fix this issue.

Decent sound

This sound bar does bring out some sound that you really have not heard before. However it does have some down falls. The HDMI ARC does not work correct with some brands of newer TVs. If you google the problems you can find post on it. Other then that this is a good setup and the Otp cable seems to work just as good and if your setting this up in a small room your may want to try it with out the extra sub and just go with the rear speakers.

Perfect...!! It exceeds my expectations. I am extremely happy with my Bose SoundTouch 300 sound bar. Was easy to install. Sounds great at low volume , and sounds Great at High volume. Enough Lows, and Great highs. And great mid ranges. Thanks Bose..!!!

Just Amazing

I got the 300 soundbar and subwoofer. It is great. I own past acoustimas setups. I have a 2.1 and 5.1 and love them both. They are in my other 2 rooms. I set up the 300 in the living room and had some problems with bluetooth but in the end I am able to do what I wanted and that is listen to the tv and then listen to music off my phone by bluetooth. There was such a problem with my iPhone 7plus that I pulled out my old Samsung, put some music on the micro card and was listening in 2 minutes. I do not stream music (yet). I have loved the sound of Bose for well over 15 to 20 years. So I had a bit of a problem with the set up but once I worked around the bluetooth glitch, it was fine. I still give Bose 10 stars.

Worth every penny!!

I bought the SoundTouch bar and subwoofer about a year ago. INSANE sound! Figured it would sound not as good as in the store since stores tend to show you their products in the most optimum conditions. But I was wrong. This thing is nuts! If you like listening to you movies loud or enjoy music while you do stuff around the house, get it! Plus, when the kids are watching movies and I want to lower the volume, I do it from my phone. Awesome!

Soundbar of your DREAMS!

Let me start off saying, if you want the "movie theater" experience - look NO further! Bose has always been said to be hands down the sound experts, but with this soundbar, they out did themselves! This sound bar will have you feeling butterflies from the pit of your stomach. Don't get me wrong, the noise is nothing you can't handle and it is not hurtful to your ears at all. It sets the mood for what you are watching and seriously makes you feel like your ARE there. Simple put, its amazing! The set up couldn't be easier. The sound bar literally comes fully together, minus a few cords that are placed into sound bar and then directly into your TV. I will say the sound bar is longer than most - so be sure you have an area that will be able to house this sound bar comfortably. It is not heavy however but will stay put. Within a matter of minutes you will be experiencing something I have been calling, dreamy! With it having Bluetooth, this sound bar goes from amazing to something out of this world, if you have wifi availabl.! The system can connect to a home network via an Ethernet cable or WiFi and can access online content such as music from Amazon Music, Deezer, iHeartRadio, Pandora, SiriusXM, Spotify, and audio from network-connected PCs and Android and Apple mobile devices. What sound bar does that? This model is SO smart it comes with an on-board auto-calibration system (with included microphone) that can automatically adjust the sound bar's tonal balance to better match the listening room. Guys (and gals) this product is legendary and worth every penny in my eyes. It will turn your "loud" tv into a tv that sets the mood just right.

Great sound

Bought the Bose sound touch 300 and the Bose acoustimass 300 system and it sounds great. Only down side is I can't get the menu or guide to pop up on my screen to make selections.
