TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Bought this with the sub combo. Can’t play iTunes. Bluetooth is terrible connection. Sound skips worse than an old Walkman. Remote is huge and cumbersome. Overall a complete let down. I don’t normally write reviews but I figured after the sound didn’t automatically come on when I turned on the tv like it’s supposed to do Id waste my time in hopes that someone will read this and buy Sonos instead. Good luck and definitely look elsewhere.

Thank you for providing your review of the SoundTouch 300 soundbar. We are sorry to hear about the trouble you've experienced. There is no iTunes integration within the SoundTouch app, but you can stream your iTunes music using Bluetooth from your source devices. We appreciate the feedback however and will pass along to the team.
Please feel free to reach out us on our Community so we can take a closer look at the other issues you're encountering. If you are not receiving audio, in some cases, this may have to do with the CEC settings and can also depend on the TV.

Great quality and sound.

Owned less than a week and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I know it is a short time to tell in regards to reliability but my 1 year warranty makes me feel at ease. Bose delivers again in sound clarity and quality.

Awesome features, surprising quality

Let me start with how awesome the quality of Bose have reach levels beyond any of my expectations. I have acquire this speaker around a week and a half ago and I am surprised on how awesome the experience with it can be. Let me break down the review in some positive and improvements (or observations) for simplicity:
Positive aspects: 1. Design. I was expecting a sound bar (like any other) to be functionally appropriate and to have the design oriented to the goal. The design however of this sound bar is frankly breath taking. It looks awesome and I enjoy to have it at home even when is off. 2. Crisp sound. The quality of the sound of this device is simply fantastic. Is crisp and clear, have awesome treble and a moderate amount of bass (for the soundbar ALONE) 3. The remote... I LOVE THAT REMOTE. It is a nice quality item with an easy configuration and the ability to control my TV, my Apple TV, even my Play Station!!! WELL DONE BOSE 4. I can hear Pandora an any other internet based radio... is that awesome or what? is FANTASTIC!!! sometimes I turn off the tv and just hear the awesome music without the need of any earphones or else. 5. Adaptation to the environment. I have placed this sound bar in 5 different places (I'm an engineer, I have to experiment) and with the audio configuration procedure (specified in the manual... ), it ADAPTS to each space awesomely, calibrating each position you usually have to watch tv or listen to music.
Areas of improvement: 1. The bar itself is an awesome device, but without the subwoofer it loses a big amount of the power this device can give. Please don't take me wrong, the soundbar itself sounds amazing but I have another soundbar at home (that come with the subwoofer), and I can tell the need for the subwoofer to achieve total satisfaction.
I believe that is a fairly awesome product that wont disappoint you... If you want total satisfaction, I suggest you to go also for the subwoofer... and if you have more budget, the complementary speakers will make your experience a dream.

The Best Sound Ever

Wow! Being a little hard to hear voices on tv when there is background noise on tv is very tough. I did not know how much of a show I missed because I could not hear. The voices are crisp. The sound is clear. I am so grateful for the Bose sound bar. The only con I have is it collects dust but no big deal. It hooks to tv very easy and simple. I am sold. I can not say enough positive about this speaker. I enjoy the tv again because everything is crisp and clear. I love the slim size of it.

Amazing sound!!

OK so I got this Bose sound touch thinking ok what can this tiny bar do for sound? Like I would have to have the subwoofers in order for it to sound decent, but actually I'm quite surprised with the sound! Its so crisp and clear! So loud but not ugly sounding so discreet as well! So you won't have this huge bulky bar in the way, its compact; it was so easy to setup and "install" I am extremely happy with how great this has made our movie nights! So loud and nice sounding !

Great sound for all occasions

I've been looking into upgrading the sound setup for my TV for a while but wasn't sure where to start. I usually use the TV for Netflix, Movies, and gaming so I wanted something that was going to sound great for all three. Once I got the setup going with this soundbar I was really impressed. I like that you can change a lot of the settings with just the remote instead of the app. It would be really great if there was some integration with Alexa or Google home but for now I can't complain.

Amazing Sound

I'm in love with the Bose SoundTouch 300 soundbar, it arrived at my house in a timely fashion and I was amazed with I opened it up. The only problem I have with it is that it does take a bit of time to get it all set up. My daughter loves that the sound makes you feel like you're right there in the action and I love it because it helps me hear all of the sounds even the whispers. I have already recommended the SoundTouch 300 to both my sisters.

Sound great, but had technical difficulties

The sound is amazing, but technically has it problems. A little difficult to set up and program, but once it's up and working it sound great. Had trouble with wifi streaming, and call the help center, which in the end killed off my sound bar, with 2 deadly amber lights blinking left and right, and not responding. Still awaiting the replacement, hopefully with less problems.
