Audio format supported is minimal no atmos/hd

I like the sound quality and bass but after investing so much it makes me think what about audio formats it supports is almost minimal. Will it support atoms or HD versions in the near future? On a different note. My Logitech harmony elite didn't seem to recognize it have to re try for smart home automation.

Awful

I have had this system for about 7-8 months and it has never worked, the sub rattled out of the box so I took it back and exchanged it. I have never gotten it to connect to my WiFi even though the router is 15 feet from it and I can get signals to every other device on different floors. The fact that it’s all app controlled and the troubleshooting is all through an app is also very useless. I also bought the small surround speakers because the room size is apparently larger than this speaker can handle and they have only worked once...this system is absolutely awful and the set up is as well.

Bose of new not worth it

I wouldn’t waste my money on this. Bought the CineMate 1 SR and it stopped working 2 yrs later. I have always loved the sound of Bose but I think quality is dropping. Now I have a speaker that is holding up my wall.

Great sound, terrible User interface

Great quality sound, really sleek and pretty. Changing many of the settings involves un-intuitive sequences of buttons on the remote and decrypting LED codes on the soundbar. Bose finally has an app for control but it's extremely limited. You really need to catch up to this decade.

Very disappointed with low quality bass!

I am a Bose fan and have many products such as headset, accoustman 10, companion 2, cinemate 3, etc and honestly I bought sound bar 300 with high expectations but I am veeery disappointed with the very low bass from the subwoofer. I even bought a 2nd woofer to improve the bass but still very poor sound! Even my companion 2 speaker for my computer has a better bass than 2 woofers 10” for sound acoustics 300... seeking for advise from Bose on how to improve the bass quality otherwise I will return the product.

Thank you for providing your review of the SoundTouch 300. We are sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. This is not the experience we expect you to have a with the Bass module, and especially not with two. Many of our customers prefer to describe the sound as quite "thunderous" in fact.

Terrible set-up

I have always used Bose, but there is virtually no menu to set this up. It will not work at all only through the app on your phone to play music. Good luck trying to get it to play sound through the TV.
