Look great, however !

Thought this would be an easy set up and three hours later , im wrapping it up and it’s going back. Setting up wireless, it finds the speaker ( on 4th attempt) then says it needs update. Wait 10 mins for the update then says it can’t find speaker. Tried controlling other devices using codes given, didn’t work on/off to anything !

Wish it worked with Apple Music

This sound bar works well and sounds great but lacks fundamental integration with Apple Music making it a royal pain to get to your music especially if you have downloaded content that you can listen to. It just does not show up in the app. Looking via blue tooth really defeats the object of having a wi-fi speaker!
As for movies or TV sounds - fabulous and I'd highly recommend it!

Great sound but...

I bought this sound bar specifically for karaoke at home. I was told with an soundtouch adapter i was able to connect the microphone audio cable into the adapter and then the adapter would pair up with the soundbar and project the sound. I found out that it wasnt the case. The adapter is only an output to other conventional speakers and does not serve as an input for audio cables devices (microphones in my case). Is there a way to connect a microphone audio cable directly into the sound bar? If not, i might return this item.

Excellent Sound, Premium Finish

I bought the sound bar with the acoutimass module for added base.
Love the top notch sound quality and immersive sound.
I get the feeling the surround sound even without the additional wireless surround sound speakers. It can be pretty loud if you want it to be but I usually keep the sounds around 40% and the quality is crisp. The integration with Spotify is pretty good as well, I can just tell the Spotify app on my phone to use the Bose speakers and it starts playing the music I love & you can control the volume from the app as well. I hardly ever have to use the remote they have given!
One thing that I feel is missing is that in the Bose Soundtouch App there is no way currently (AFAIK) to change the source back from Spotify to TV.

Love my SoundTouch 300!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got my SoundTouch300 approximately 2 years ago. I love this thing so much I went and got a second bar along with sub and surround speakers for my other house. The volume is outstanding, the sound when you have a proper audio input from your TV or BluRay player, etc sounds great. I wish the directions on use and set up were a little more clear and sometimes there will be difficulty with getting it to connect. I usually go thru the Bose SoundTouch App. I have it connected to other SoundTouch Products such as a SoundTouch 10 x 2, 20 x 1 and 30 x 1. I really want to connect the rest of my house using SoundTouch. I wish the newer products Bose brought out like the Home 500 speaker would work with SoundTouch or vice versa the new Bose App would integrate with SoundTouch speakers. That is something to be careful about.

Loosing sound.

Got this sound bar for Xmas, attached it to a Samsung TV and the Bose Soundbar keeps loosing the connection with the tv.
Everyone is having issues with this sound bar connecting to Samsung, Sony and LG tvs. This issue is months old now! Should have done my homework.
Does Bose have a fix yet?
Please answer by 1/3/17 or it is being exchanged for a Sonos Sound Bar.

Awesome

This is an awesome soundbar. I have paired it with 300 rear surround speakers. I am adding Acoustimass 300 bass module; however the 300 delivers a decent amount of bass out of the box. I have synced the SoundTouch 20. This pairing is able to easily fill our home, balcony and patio with music.
I have been a Bose customer 20+ years. To me, their home theaters are the best!
