Don't work

Waste of money! Wi-Fi don't work! I downloaded the app and followed instructions. And it still doesn't work! It's a piece of trash

Wifi Setting

I just bought and brought to Mexico this little house for my daughter's Christmas present, after creating an US itunes account I was able to download the Hello Dreamhouse application, the house works very well, I recommend that you first build it and then do a factory reset by pressing the barbie button and reset at the same time for a period of some 8 seconds and then when you start again you have to start with the wifi settings, it was the way I could put it to work and now everything is perfect

comedy of errors

All the errors keeps my grandaughter beyond frustrated. This time it's the elevator. Always throwing some sort of error code

Great Toy

We bought the dream house for our daughter for Christmas if 2017. Our girls have had an easy time learning all of the commands and LOVE it. Even adults are impressed with all the features, especially the holiday commands. We haven’t had any technical issues with it at all. Favorite toy in the house. Only recommendation is i wish we could have a volume option.

Great Toy

This Barbie house is amazing. On Christmas morning we could not get it to connect to the Wifi, but I assumed it was because everyone else was trying to do the same thing. My daughter played with in in the nonWifi mode and had fun. I will admit that I had to have my teenage son get the house connected to Wifi the next day, and once it was connected, everything worked great. My daughter especially loves the dance party music. We keep discovering new commands that it can do. It is a lot of fun and my daughter loves it. It is big and cannot fold down for storage, but other than that, it is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My daughter's new best friend

Product worked as designed and was easy to set up. You need wifi, your wifi password and a compatible device to download the corresponding app. My 7 year old daughter now talks to the dreamhouse like it's her best friend. Great, amazing, fun product!

This was great while it lasted but i just received an email saying that the service will be discontinued. Came on here to see if this was true, and am shocked to see that they are not advertising that fact.

Electronics stopped working at 6 months

My daughter told "Santa" this was all she wanted for Christmas 2017. It was very expensive at $275 but we bought it at ToysRUs to make sure she had a great Christmas. She loved it until the electronics stopped working last weekend. She wants to "write santa" so the elves can fix it for her.
