Where is my Refund???

Are you planning to refund customers the price of this doll house? Ridiculous that the voice features no longer work. Will not be buying any more Mattel products. Thanks for making my child cry.

Disappointed

This was a great doll house until we received the email saying that the voice feature and app were going to be discontinued. For the price, this feature should have been supported for more than a few years. My daughter was devastated to hear this because she loves being able to change the sound through the app. Nothing like having to explain to a 7 year old that her favorite toy is not going to work the same due to corporate changes and acquisitions. I really hope that Mattel can work on bringing this feature back.

I cannot believe we can't use this expensive toy

We are so upset that the voice wifi features are being disabled. I don't understand how you just don't care for loyal customers. My daughter has being crying. Hope your corporate big guns feel good about upsetting children.

Cannot believe you're pulling the voice feature

I cannot believe you are discontinuing support for the voice features of this house. That takes away like 80% of the main features of this house. My daughter is crushed. This is so horrible of you.

The Hello Dreamhouse is no longer being serviced by Mattel. Horrible customer service considering the price we paid for it. My daughter is sad she won’t be able to use the product as she had.

Money Down the Drain

We just moved to a different state, and our kids were looking forward to having something they love in unfamiliar environment, all to find out after endless hours of searching for Companion App (which no longer exists), and looking up setting up wifi, Mattel decided it was ok for all of us to be without. We paid so much money for this, and you just flushed it down the toilet like this. It's not right!!!

No more mattel

Great job disappointing a little girl who loved this house. Now that it no longer has voice feature she wants to throw it away with her other Barbie things and Barbie dolls! You lost me and it seems my daughter as a customer. Imagine when she grows up and has children of her own she will remember this and not buy for her children. She is eight so she will remember. You are losing a whole new generation of customers!

Discontinuing support?? Then why buy Mattel?

Unbelievable that one would buy a Mattel product only to have the service discontinued. My daughter and her friends play with this house several times a week -- and all have such great time -- and they are all extremely disappointed the fun is ending. As am I, having paid for it and watched them enjoy it.
