DISAPPOINTED MY CHELSEA!!!!!!!

Best Christmas gift GONE! My daughter is extremely disappointed, along with my devastation, that the interactive feature no longer works. She loved the commands and spent hours having parties as a family with the Dreamhouse. Now we can’t, all because of a selfish decision by MATTEL. Whatever the issue, there are faithful Barbie lovers out here that can no longer use an expensive “glitched” product. FIX THIS PLEASE!!!!

Mattel Should Be Ashamed

Entire marketing behind this house was the voice and now it no longer functions. So Mattel sold everyone lemons and misrepresented how long the voice feature would work. If people knew this no one would have purchased. Is there legal recourse for this?

So disappointed receiving the email that service is being discontinued. Seeing the cost of this house and how short of time it was sold I find this appalling. My daughter loved this house and is so sad and I'm an extremely angry mom now over this.

Discontinuing service?

This is upsetting! My child is going to be devastated once the dream house stops responding to the commands! The service was the whole point of buying this particular Barbie house and now they are discontinuing the service!

Most AWESOME dollhouse EVER!

This house always has some new feature to discover and we have had it since the holidays. My granddaughter simply LOVE it! The pretend modes are so fun and detailed. She loves checking her msgs. I hope ya'll keep adding features. Even my grandson is assumed by this house. Barbie and her friends and their pets are also very pleased with her residence. The WIFI stays connected every error has been able to fixed within a couple minutes and there have only been a couple. Keep your manual near by somewhere safe and easy to grab just in case you have one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

VERY DISAPPOINTING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this $300 Barbie Hello Dreamhouse for a Christmas present for my daughter, completely unaware that the fine print on the box indicated that the interactive features on the house (the main selling feature of the house) would not longer operate after April 2019! We have now received notice that PullString has discontinued services with Mattel. My daughter is unbelievably disappointed. The $30 Barbie dentist set that Mattel is sending my daughter does not even begin to compensate for the $300 dreamhouse that is now a $100 basic dreamhouse that I guarantee she will be interested in playing play with!
We would NEVER have bought this product had we been properly informed that this would happen. This situation is like buying a brand new iPhone and then being told by Apple a year later that you cannot use wifi or data on it! We will no longer be buying any Mattel products for our kids.

Mattel should be a shame of themselves for taking away the talking ability of this dream house, which is a nightmare! Now we own a $300 pice of plastic. You don’t do this to kids! I called the phone number, the basically told me too bad!

I bought this as a birthday present for my daughter. She was so excited, then we tried to connect to wifi...no luck!!!! I tried so many times. So annoyed. My daughter is so disappointed. This is not what I expected. I thought it was just my house but it didn't work at my friends house. UUUUGHHHH...SO FRUSTRATED
