WONT WORK

Christmas Day. Most expensive toy I ever bought and won't work. Just keeps throwing error code that can't be true. Junk

Amazing!

My kids love their dream house. Set up was a breeze with downloading the app and if something is disconnected you just push it back together no big deal. My kids love the dance party feature, it's Halloween, and it's Christmas.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Error code 18

I got my daughter Hello dreamhouse for Christmas that she has been begging me to buy. Then we started playing with after setting the wifi up it worked perfectly fine for ten minutes until it kept saying error code 18.Her dreamhouse is working fine now then before but it still says error code 18 ever day so please fix.

HUGE Letdown!!!!

After being assembled, the house keeps giving and error code 11 (something with the door). We've tried EVERYTHING and nothing works. We tried to operate the house manually and it worked for about ten minutes then NOTHING. Just horrible...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello nightmare

When we first put this together on Christmas eve the elevator wouldn't work. We spent 2 hours trying to fix it. It now works about half the time. The main issue now is "error code 11" which we have not been able to resolve. My daughter would be heartbroken if we had to tear down the house and take it back. Not sure what to do. A lot of money spent on a product that doesn't really work.

Very upsetting

My granddaughter used to have hours of fun with the Dreamhouse and all because of the business shutting it down it’s not fun anymore for anyone, this really sucks.
