Kids love it, but why no volume control?

Works as I expect for a completely new, groundbreaking product. Sometimes it loses wifi and has to be rebooted. Sometimes modules get unplugged and have to be pushed back together. Awesome features, kids have hours of fun, it even gets my son to play Barbie with his sister. My only wish is to turn it down a little so it doesn't wake my toddler early in the morning. Put it in the companion app?

SO disappointing!!!

My little girls grandparents bought this as a Christmas gift and my father who builds actual houses assembled it and did a great job. And it continues to tell us one Error after another. It makes me so sad that they spent that much money only to have it NEVER work as it should. And the troubleshoot instructions in the owners manual are completely ridiculous. No help at all. So now my girls are playing with a Barbie house that is completely malfunctioned and cannot return it for another bc they are sold out!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS HOUSE!!!!

The worst dream house ever

I bought this hello dream house around Christmas time last year it’s currently May 2018 and it still doesn’t work it has too many errors NOT worth the money at all

Very upset with Product

Product is cute had it just about a month daughter played with it a handful of times now it just stopped working, no reason won't turn on and work. No manufacturer warranty can't buy a new adapter to see if that's the problem. For the cost of this Dreamhouse it's very upsetting. It has be mad and my daughter heartbroken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been such a waste of money!! The WiFi feature doesn’t work! The whole house is a big glitch! My daughter can even enjoy the light features! Such a waste of a toy! Please don’t buy ! Safe your money!

Error Code 18 all day on Christmas - tears all day

I bought and tested this put weeks before Christmas with no problems at all. Very Easy! Then Christmas morning everything went horribly wrong, it worked for about 5 minutes and then continuously said I'm sorry on my part Error Code 18 for the remainder of Christmas day. What a let down. My old cried all day that Santa gave her a broken toys. We got error code 18 and error 5 and error code 2 since then.

Disappointed

Purcahsed the Hello Dreamhouse for my 5 year old daughter for Christmas and very disappointed that it would not power on. Took the house apart 2 or 3 times just in case the error was on me. My daughter cried when I had to return the item and there was no more in stock.
