Vet hood is too powerful that it pulls/blows the stove flame

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vent hood is too powerful even in its lowest setting that we can't use it while using the stove. If we turn on the vent while using the stove the flame wont be steady and heat the pans/pots. It taking a lot more time to cook if the vent is on. Extremely unhappy

Hello, Praneeth. We’re displeased to learn you’re having this issue. We recommend revisiting your range’s hood initial installation. For optimal performance, there should be 30” (27” minimum for gas/24” minimum for electric) allowed from the bottom of the hood canopy to your cooking surface. We hope this helps! Please join us via Live Chat should you have additional questions or concerns. We will be happy to work with you! -Derrick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range hood actually takes the exhaust out of the house. Much better than a microwave exhaust system.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this vent for a few months now it has been working great . I am so glad we got this good it fits perfectly I love it a lot!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace the breaker when we turn the fan on high. We learned to start on low and work up to avoid a surge. Also the latch which holds up the dropdown cover broke within the first year.
