I bought this fridge last winter replacing my older Amana fridge. I am very pleased with the pull out drawer, it holds alot of items that are easy to see and reach. The shelves in the cooling part are easy to move and easy to clean, and it is a great energy saver, which is important.

My husband (who's a foot taller than me) has been advocating for a bottom freezer refrigerator for a few years, and I finally gave in when we needed to upgrade. We are very pleased with the pull out freezer drawer - it is very easy to open and close, and the capacity is impressive! The organization of the drawer and shelf allows a surprising amount of freezer storage area. With the fridge, there is a lot of flexibility in the shelf/bin configuration possibilities. Having a slight lip on the shelves to contain spills is another practical feature. Overall, we are happy with our investment. Past history tells us we can depend on the Amana name.

Smaller than what I had, took some getting used to as the shelves are not as high as used to, but it's perfect for me. I would only disagree with the comment that the freezer drawer opens easily even when full. It's a little difficult to open and it doesn't hold much....but like I said, it's smaller than what I had.

I love the bottom pull-out freezer, and the design of the refrigerated area. Having the freezer on the bottom allows for the preferred eye-level for the refrigerated area, where I mostly go to put away and take out food times. I'm glad I decided to spend a bit more for an upgrade (compared with the freezer at the top of the unit).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally I can see what's in my fridge--even way at the back. Same for the cheese/meat drawer and the produce bins. Having the freezer on the bottom is great, too--room for everything we need and the easy slide out drawers make it all very convenient. The best refrigerator I have ever had, and I've owned many, including much more expensive brands and models.
