It works just fine, and its capacity is quite adequate, especially appreciate the extra drawer (in addition to the two crisper drawers), which many of the refrigerators don't include anymore. The freezer area could have been a bit more spacious for us.

After years of a disliking a refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom, we are pleased with the bottom freezer, lighting, amount of space, adjustable shelves. The only complaint so far is that there are no provisions for ice cubes or trays. It's also all about longevity.

The drawers for fruit and vegetables are much too small!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot imagine a more perfect refrigerator-freezer appliance for our kitchen. Owing to space limitations, we needed capacity but could not opt for extensive height or width. The 29-inch wide bottom-freezer refrigerator fit the bill with perfection. Just the right specifications and yet much more capacity than the one it replaced. Great ice-maker too. Perhaps the best part, though it is hard to say any aspect was better than any other, is the door, which can accommodate much more than we have ever experienced before, especially wine bottles but also condiments, beers, colas, you name it. I bought this about 3 weeks ago and it was delivered for me on 6/3. My original refrigerator stopped working and it had reached it's age - it had been in my house since 1999 when I bought it. I had not yet had a refrigerator that had a freezer on the bottom - and I love it! I really enjoy the space on the top and it makes you more aware of what you have in the refrigerator section. Plenty of room and I was glad I spent the extra dollars to upgrade.
