[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the dairy compartment and the vegetable drawers with the humidity controls. The humidity controls actually seem to keep vegetables fresher longer. Having the refrigerator on top makes it easier to see everything.

Needs better insulation to get a 5 in my book. Really like the black color and surface texture. Does not leave smudges.

This is my first bottom freezer refrigerator and my 2'nd Amana. I really like, and find it very convenient having the fridge on top. The glass shelves being split, and the adjustable door bins make it easy to store taller items. I like the fact that the freezer is a drawer and not a door. I didn't get the ice maker because I didn't want to loose the space. A personal preference for me would have been a really smooth front finish like my other Amana had, but it is smooth enough and easy to clean. I read all the reviews before purchasing and have not had any of the issues some have had. The door closes tight, the freezer drawer glides smooth and the crisper drawers close smoothly with no binding. I am very happy with my purchase. I have a small U-shaped kitchen and it looks great. I would have preferred the 22 c.f. for the same price, but purchased the 19 c.f. because it fit perfectly in the opening so I didn't have to modify my cabinets.

I purchased my refrigerator in May and have waited to review it after using it for awhile. I love the bottom freezer, so easy on my back. I would definitely give this refrigerator 5 stars except that the drawers are definitely smaller than my old refrigerator and I can't get everything in them. Also I found the door shelves are smaller, too. I find that the large flat area at the bottom of the refrigerator section is great for temporarily sitting items when I have to re-arrange or get something from the back of a shelf. I did adjust the freezer to a colder number and my ice cream and cubes are perfect. It's easy to find items in the freezer as well.

This refrigerator looks so sharp in my kitchen. It is so easy to use and to keep clean. The bottom freezer is a feature that I really enjoy. I only wish the freezer had a spot for ice cube trays.
