[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this convection microwave when our regular LG microwave stopped working and we were waiting for service (COVID). My husband prefers a convection microwave over a regular microwave. We are happy our purchase. It matches our 2 year old black stainless set of appliances. It is fairly easy to use once you learn the control knob. Sad to see that it has been discontinued. Hopefully LG will add another Black Stainless Convection to their line soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great, features work great. We love having the convention oven, it adds a second oven for us for gatherings. Did have an issue with it after a few years but LG was out within 24 hours and it was fixed perfectly!
