Our refrigerator is only four years old and the condenser went out. Luckily it is under warranty. We have two other refrigerators that are over fifteen years ole and these have never had any trouble.

this the worst appliance spent money on, the fridge freezes items up and the freezer thaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 year old and the compressor failed. LG helped me but the point is it should not of failed. Lost all the food. The door button is very cheap plastic and scared immediately. Think they helped since the failure rate on these is exceptionally high. Love the ice maker. Never got the WiFi to work. Love the 3rd door.

Very convenient with cooling drink open door for easy resching. Beautiful design. Something went wrong just 2 weeks ago but LG sent technician out to fix it without any problem. Highly recommend
