[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this because it was the same size as our previous refrigerator, but this just doesn't hold as much in either the refrigerator OR the freezer. The freezer drawers are flimsy and I wish one (or both) could be removed to give more room at the bottom. Bought this last month and enjoy it but ... yup, the dreaded but.... It seems like the on door ice maker isn't designed correctly. We' ve had a few issues with ice forming and having to call service to fix it. I also think the water and ice maker stopping when you open the right door, or even the beverage door, is ridiculous. While this fits nicely in our space, we did have to pull it out a bit so we could open the doors fully, or we would never be able to open the drawers inside the fridge! The one thing I do have to say is great, is the LG warranty. Our compressor went out 2 years after we purchased the unit, and they had someone out to fix it under the warranty, within 24 hours! I did hear, however, that LG is known for blown compressors.... I would only recommend if someone wasn't putting it inside a cabinet opening, this really needs to be a stand alone refrigerator.

I bought it two years age, paid a lot of money for it, and have had it repaired twice. Twice I have been without a fridge for 2 weeks, because they subcontract repair companies that don’t make this their priority.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish I had bought a different model. The Knock on door feature might seem like fun in store but its really a waste. Cannot keep milk products in door as will not stay cold enough. Have several problems that should not have occurred with such an expensive unit. repairs have been made and I still am having problem with water dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 4yrs ago and compressor went day before Thanksgiving. Lost alot of food. But LG paid to have it fixed approx two weeks without a refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did NOT purchase a new Refrig. We have a repaired our existing one. Up today everything is working OK, except Freezer, I have to decrease freezing Temp. from "0"degr. to "-3" degr., is not freezing just like before.
